We offer 30 hours of education on what an Unincorporated Business Trust Organization (UBTO is, how to set one up and how to use your trust. Commonly known as a Pure Business Trust. Every individual is responsible for their own estate(s) and the assets in the estate(s). If you do not step into the fiduciary responsibilities, then another entity can assume this position by your omission. Take charge of your life and the assets that you work hard to obtain or are lucky enough to inherit. Trust law is higher in authority that the government and the laws of the land.
